GUIDRY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion case of McCartney v. Stafford, 399 So.2d 787 , the judgment of the trial court is reversed and set aside and this matter is remanded to the trial court for a new trial on all issues presented. REVERSED AND REMANDED.
