SHORTESS, Judge. For the reasons assigned in Terrebonne Parish Sales and Use Tax Department v. D & S Oilfield Rental Company, (La.App. 1st Cir.1983), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed, costs of this appeal to be paid by the appellant. AFFIRMED.
