In Re: Beverly Ann Samuelson Katz, applying for Writ of Review, to the Court of Appeal Fourth Circuit, No. 12863, Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, No. 76-147. Denied, 423 So.2d 1277 . DIXON, C.J., would grant the writ. The opinion and holding of the court of appeal in this case appears to be correct, but is in conflict with the holding (or at least some language) in the Succession of Ramp, 212 So.2d 419 . Any discrepancy should be eliminated.
