In re John V. Reed, applying for writ of certiorari and/or review. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court. No. 77-5672. Granted. The order of the Court of Appeal for new trial is reversed; the case is remanded to the Court of Appeal which is ordered to decide the case on the record. See Gonzales v. Xerox, 320 So.2d 163 . MARCUS, and LEMMON, JJ., concur.
