In re Linda E. Julian and Walter Watson and Leroy Julian and Linda Watson, applying for writ of certiorari. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, Parish of Orleans, No. C-0446. Civil District Court, Division “C”. Nos. 82-1373 and 82-1374. Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed. The resolutory condition of the bond (the appearance, trial and conviction of the defendants) dissolved the obligation of the bond. MARCUS, J., dissepts from the order and would have denied the application.
