In re Janet G. Furtado, applying for writ of certiorari. Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court. No. 11938. Parish of Jefferson, Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal. 413 So.2d 528 . Granted. The Court of Appeal judge had no authority to amend a judgment which had become final on September 17, 1982 when this Court denied writs. The judgment in effect on that date is reinstated, and the purported judgment of June 13, 1983 signed by Judge Garrison is vacated.
