In re Malcolm R. Gomez, applying for certiorari, or writ of review. First Circuit Court of Appeal. Twenty-Second Judicial District Court, Parish of St. Tammany. No. 93357. Denied. While the Court of Appeal was in error on the contemporaneous objection rule (during argument) the error is not reversible. State v. Lee, 346 So.2d 682 .
