In re Lloyd Lintzen, applying for writ of review. Parish of Calcasieu. No. 4661-81. Granted for the limited purpose of transferring to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit. Notwithstanding the language of La. C.Cr.P. Art. 322, the Court of Appeal “has supervisory jurisdiction over cases which arise within its circuit”, La. Const. Art. V, § 10(A), (1975).
