In re Jan J. Porretto, applying for writs of certiorari and/or review, mandamus, prohibition and stay order. Twenty-fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson. No. 80-1980. Granted. The ruling of the district judge on supplemental motion for a new trial is reversed and the trial court is ordered to try the motion for a new trial and the supplemental motion for a new trial at the same time.
