In re Hon. John S. Covington, Judge, applying for reconsideration of granted writ, with order, dated June 10, 1983, 433 So.2d 723 . Nineteenth Judicial District Court. No. 4 81-136. Parish of East Baton Rouge. Reconsideration granted. Upon application of trial judge, the order of June 10 is vacated. There is no Boykin transcript, because relator was convicted at trial.
