In re Percy Tate applying for reconsideration of writ denied February 16, 1984, 445 So.2d 446 , from the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, No. 255-943. Granted. The sentence is vacated and the matter remanded for resentencing under the law applicable to the case which permitted the sentencing judge to suspend the sentence. State v. Cooper, 444 So.2d 113 (La.1983).
