In re Arthur L. Culbertson, applying for reconsideration of granted with order dated 9/20/84, 456 So.2d 1005 , to the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, Section F, Number 277-030. Granted. Relator’s sentence is further amended to delete the fine, which was not authorized by La.R.S. 14:95.1 prior to the 1980 amendment.
