In re Elvin E. Brooks, applying for remedial writs to the Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, No. 267-792 E. Granted. Relator’s application is remanded to the District Court for an eviden-tiary hearing to determine whether due process requires (a) that there be specific performance of the plea bargain or (b) that defendant be given the option to go to trial on the original charges.
