In re Lue Elbert Sullivan, applying for writ of certiorari. Twenty-fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson. No. 73-996. Granted: The trial judge’s ruling is reversed and the case is remanded to the district court with instructions to the trial judge to furnish relator and his counsel with a uniform application. LEMMON, J., would deny the writ.
