FORET, Judge. For the reasons assigned this date in George Champagne, Jr., et al. v. Andrew Broussard, et ux., 401 So.2d 1060 , with which this case was consolidated in the trial court and on appeal, the judgment of the trial court is reversed and this matter is remanded to the trial court. Costs of appeal are assessed against defendants-appellees; costs of the trial court previously incurred and any other costs shall be assessed upon final determination of this case. REVERSED AND REMANDED.
