HOOD, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the case of Desormeaux v. Continental Insurance Company, La.App., 153 So.2d 128 , which is being decided by us on this date, the judgment appealed from is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed to the plaintiff-appellant. Affirmed.
