KNOLL, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Dubois v. State of Louisiana Through Department of Public Safety et al., 466 So.2d 1381 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1985), wherein a separate decision is rendered this day, the judgment is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed to the appellant, State of Louisiana Through Department of Public Safety, et al. AFFIRMED.
