GUIDRY, Judge. For the reasons assigned in the companion matter entitled Hemphill v. State Farm Insurance, 472 So.2d 320 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1985), the judgment rendered by the trial court is affirmed at appellants’ cost. AFFIRMED.
