KING, Judge. For the reasons assigned in Freeman v. Thomas, 472 So.2d 326 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1985), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. The costs of this appeal are to be paid by plaintiff-appellant. AFFIRMED.
