KING, Judge. For the reasons assigned in LeBlanc v. Andrew, 497 So.2d 1056 (La.App. 3 Cir.1986), the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. The costs of this appeal are to be paid by defendants-appellants. AFFIRMED.
