ORDER The foregoing Petition, the premises, and the law considered: IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED *1026 That Jay M. Klein be and he is hereby suspended from the practice of law in the State of Louisiana for a period of one (1) year from the date of this Order, all at the cost of the Respondent, Jay M. Klein.
