In re Joyce Simms and James Simms, applying for writs of certiorari and review to the First Circuit Court of Appeal, No. 83-CA-0691, from City Court of Baton Rouge, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 8210-6429. Prior report: 450 So.2d 1022 . Granted. The Court of Appeal judgment is vacated and the case is remanded to the Court of Appeal to reconsider in light of Lacey v. LA Coca Cola Bottling Co., 452 So.2d 162 (La.1984).
