Ferris, applying for motion and order to transfer litigation for trial to Twenty-Second Judicial District Court; and, further subject to Jurisdiction of Court of Appeal, State of Louisiana, First Circuit, to the 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, Nos. 145-210 and 145-211. Granted. It is ordered that the case be transferred to 22nd Judicial District Court for trial. .
