In re Board of Zoning Adjustments and Hon. William Katz, Chairman, applying for supervisory and remedial writs of certiorari and review, Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. C 1987, Civil District Court, Parish of Orleans, No. 84-3696. Writ granted. “Stay Order” granted by the Court of Appeal is vacated and set aside. Case remanded to the district court for further proceedings in accordance with law.
