In re Oechsner, George D. Ill, Innkeepers Choice of N.O. Inc., applying for writ of certiorari, writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. CA-2156; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “H”, No. 84-4442. Granted. Ruling of the Court of Appeal is reversed. Exception to the use of the *1038 writ of sequestration is sustained. Case remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
