In re Lewis, Randall, applying for writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. KA-1348; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “C”, No. 294-285. Prior report: 452 So.2d 720 . Granted in part. The second sentence imposed by the trial court (on remand from the Court of Appeal) is vacated and set aside, and the original sentence of the trial court- is reinstated. Otherwise, the writ is denied.
