Prior report: 455 So.2d 1298 . Denied. MARCUS, J., is of the opinion that the application should not be considered as it was not timely filed. See Rule 10 § 4(b), LA. Supreme Court Rules. WATSON, J., concurs in the denial, but also agrees with MARCUS, J., that it is untimely.
