In re Charles Jackson, applying for a supervisory writ to the Twenty-Fourth Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, No. 83-604, from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal, No. 83-K-863. Granted. The case is remanded to the court of appeal for briefing, argument and opinion in the light of State v. Ossey, 446 So.2d 280 (1984), which appears to be distinguishable on the facts.
