In re Morales, Juan, applying for writ of certiorari, stay order, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “B”, Nos. 298-406, 298-411; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. K-2951. Granted. The ruling of the trial judge is set aside, and the motions for subpoena duces tecum of the tapes and for subpoena of the Head of the Narcotics Division are granted.
