In re James Flowers, applying for stay order, 24th Judicial District Court, Parish of Jefferson, No. 81-3950. Granted. In view of the fact that the U.S. Supreme Court has granted relator until February 16, 1984 to file a petition for review, all proceedings in this case, including execution of sentence are stayed pending timely filing and final disposition of the petition in the U.S. Supreme Court.
