In re Patrick Hough Harrington, applying for appeal of denial of application to take Louisiana State Bar Examination. *443 Denied. After one year has elapsed since this Court’s July, 1983 denial of reíator’s application, relator may file another application and may submit to the Bar Association evidence of his rehabilitation.
