In re State of Louisiana, through the District Attorney, Bernard E. Boudreaux, Jr., applying for motion to set aside stay order, Parish of Iberia, 16th Judicial District Court, Division “C”, No. 32868. IT IS ORDERED that the stay orders of December 14,1984 and April 4, 1985 issued in this matter be and they are hereby set aside and dissolved.
