HARDY, Judge. This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff in the principal sum of $312.50. The facts and the issues presented in this, appeal are identical with those recited in Harris v. Womack, La.App., 83 So.2d 541 . The judgment appealed from is affirmed at appellant’s cost.
