SWIFT, Judge. For the reasons this day assigned in the companion suit bearing our Docket No. 8462, Maxwell Desselle v. Jane Guillory, et vir., 407 So.2d 79 , the judgment of the district court is reversed and set aside insofar as it awarded $3,000.00 as attorney’s fees to the plaintiffs-in-reconvention. Otherwise, it is affirmed. The costs of this appeal are assessed one-half to plaintiffs and one-half to the defendants. AFFIRMED IN PART and REVERSED IN PART.
