GUIDRY, Judge. For the reasons set forth in the companion case of Danny Gene Hefner v. B.J. McAdams, Inc., et al., 487 So.2d 505 , the judgment of the trial court is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed to appellant. AFFIRMED.
