ALLEN M. BABINEAUX, Judge Pro Tem. The judgment of the district court dismissing the plaintiffs petition and all incidental demands is affirmed for reasons assigned this day in the companion case entitled Jolivette, et ux. v. Highland Insurance Co., 488 So.2d 235 (La.App.1986). AFFIRMED.
