In re Cox, Bennie Lee; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 84-77; Parish of Rapides, 9th Judicial District Court, Div. “E”, No. 109945. Prior report: La.App., 463 So.2d 977 . Granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is vacated. The case is remanded to the district court for a narrative of facts. The Court of Appeal is ordered to consider the narrative and all evidence and decide the appeal on the evidence of record.
