In re Brown, Clement Ronald; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Second Circuit, No. 16857-CA; Parish of Caddo, 1st Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 292053. Prior report: La.App., 468 So.2d 40 . Granted. Judgment of Court of Appeal is reversed. The judgment dismissing plaintiffs suit is set aside, because of an abuse of discretion in denying a continuance. The suit is reinstated. See Roland v. Tedesco, 426 So.2d 175 (La.1983).
