In re Gulf Properties & Inv. Inc.; applying for supervisory and remedial writs; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. C-4028; Parish of Orleans, Civil District Court, Div. “D”, No. 85-9629. Granted. The judgment of the Court of Appeal is reversed and the trial court order is reinstated. See Pioneer Bank & Trust Co. v. Oechsner, 468 So.2d 1164 (La.1985). CALOGERO and DENNIS, JJ., would grant the writ. LEMMON, J., dissents.
