IN RE: Alexandria Anesthesia Service; Hyatt, William Rodney; Applying for Reconsideration of Writ Denial on November 15, 1985, 478 So.2d 146 , Parish of Rapides 9th Judicial District Court, Div “C” Number 127, 918; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 85-809. Rehearing granted. The Court of Appeal judgment is reversed. The appeal is reinstated. The case is remanded to the Court of Appeal for further proceedings.
