In re Andrus, Earl Lee; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 85-825; Parish of St. Landry, 27th Judicial District Court, Div. “C”, No. 84-0778. Granted. The judgment of the court of appeal is reversed and the judgment of the district court is reinstated. The case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
