In re Brisco, Larry W.; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. KA-84-1256; Parish of East Baton Rouge, 19th Judicial District Court, Div. “D”, No. 9-83-213. Prior report: La.App., 470 So.2d 569 . Granted. The portion of the judgment of the Court of Appeal which amended the sentence is set aside, and the sentence imposed by the trial court is reinstated. See State v. Fraser, 484 So.2d 122 (La.1986).
