In re Stansberry, Johnny; applying for remedial writs; Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court, Div. “D”, No. 229-182. The district court is ordered to undertake the reconsideration in light of State ex rel. Becnel v. Blackburn, 410 So.2d 1015 (La.1982) which this Court ordered in November, 1984, 84-KH-1692, 458 So.2d 912 , by September 24, 1985.
