AYRES, Judge. This is a companion case to that of Pate v. Western Geophysical Company of America, 91 So.2d 431 , with which it was consolidated and which was this day decided. For the reasons therein assigned, the judgment appealed is affirmed at appellant’s cost. Affirmed.
