WILLIAM A. CULPEPPER, Judge, Retired, Pro Tem. For the reasons set forth in Milligan v. LaCaze, 509 So.2d 726 (La.App. 3 Cir.1987), we reverse the judgment of the trial court. All costs of this appeal are assessed to plaintiff-appellee. AFFIRMED.
