YELVERTON, Judge. For the reasons discussed in the consolidated case of Cromwell v. Commerce & Energy Bank of Lafayette, 514 So.2d 198 (La.App. 3rd Cir.1987) the judgment of the district court sustaining European American Bank’s exception of cumulation of actions is reversed. We remand to the trial court for further proceedings. All costs of this appeal to be paid by European American Bank. REVERSED AND REMANDED.
