Lucas *1210 be allowed to surrender his license to practice law; that the name of Louis R. Lucas be stricken from the rolls of Attorneys; and that Louis R. Lucas be and hereby is disbarred on his consent effective December 2, 1985. Said Louis R. Lucas is to bear the cost of these proceedings.
