In re Messmer, Jonny Bernard; applying for writ of'certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. CA 3283; Parish of Plaquemines, 25th Judicial District Court, Div. “B”, No. 22138. Prior report: La.App., 482 So.2d 669 . Granted. The Court of Appeal judgment is reversed. There were obvious disputed issues of material fact. The case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
