In re Andrews, James; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. 85-1029; Parish of Sabine, 11th Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 34975. Prior report: La.App., 507 So.2d 236 . Granted. The Court of Appeal judgment is reversed. There was no prejudice in this case (for two judges to have participated in the jury trial.) The case is remanded to the Court of Appeal for consideration of the appeal on the merits.
