In re Arnoult, Christie Schwartz; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Fifth Circuit, No. 86-CA-107; Parish of Jefferson, 24th Judicial District Court, Div. “E”, No. 301-909. Prior report: La.App., 494 So.2d 561 . Granted in part. The judgment is reversed insofar as it awards $5,000 damages for frivolous appeal. Plaintiff respondent did not answer appeal or otherwise pray for such damages. Otherwise the writ is denied.
